Nandini Rajagopalan is the Joseph A. DeBell Chair in Business Administration and Professor of Management and Organization in the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Her research examines platform-based markets, acquisitions and strategic alliances, CEO succession, strategic change, boards of directors and corporate governance in emerging economies. Her research has been published in the Academy of Management Review, the Academy of Management Journal, the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Management and the Journal of Management Studies among others. She has been an Associate Editor of the Academy of Management Journal, and has served on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, and California Management Review. She is an elected Fellow of the Strategic Management Society. Her research has been cited in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, USA Today, the Economist, London Daily Mail, Economic Times of India and The Times of India among others.
