Carlos Cavallé is Dean Emeritus of IESE Business School and Professor in the Department of General Management. His areas of specialization include executive education, strategic management and leadership. Currently, he is Trustee at the New York-based Institute for Media and Entertainment; Chairman and President of the Social Trends Institute; President of the Public Sector-Private Sector Center; President of the International Logistics Center; Member of the Board and of the Executive Committee of the Strategic Management Society, and President, Founder or Member of the Board of several Spanish and international companies. He is also a former President of the Strategic Management Society. In 1991, he was honored with Harvard Business School's Distinguished Service Award. He has received the University of Navarra's Silver Medal and the Creu de Sant Jordi, a distinction granted by the government of Catalonia. Carlos Cavallé has published several books and numerous articles.
